CHILDREN'S WARD

The Children's Ward is a 24-bed inpatient unit that caters for children newborn to 18 years old. We attend to children with various illness such as malaria, anemia, measles, burns and many more. Read more.

FIELD OFFICE

​Members of the field office provide medical care to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. Home health care services include nursing care; physical, occupational and medical social services.

​ART CLINIC

The HIV Chronic care clinic was started in 2004. In 2005, it was one of the first health centres in Mayuge District to receive Anti-retroviral drugs.  Ever since, the enrollment has continued to grow.

MATERNITY WARD

A maternity ward at St. Francis Hospital Buluba ward provides care for women during pregnancy and childbirth. It also provides care for newborn infants before they are transferred to the outpatient ward. Read more

TB & LEPROSY SERVICES

​Buluba Hospital remains committed to attending to Tuberculosis (TB) and Leprosy patients, faithful to the vision of Wanda Błeńska, a Polish physician and leprosy expert and missionary who  founded the hospital.
